Post Partum Doula

Ever feel like you need more hands?  A Postpartum Doula can help with those first few weeks at home with a newborn.  Whether it’s caring for the new baby while Mom sleeps, caring for a sibling, doing light housework or reviewing “baby basics”, a Postpartum Doula assists new mothers in feeling confident in their new role.  Postpartum Doulas recognize that new mothers (and fathers) need to be cared for and nurtured as well and assist in making the transition from hospital to home as smooth as possible.
