Twins? Triplets? Quads? Welcome to the world of multiples. Don’t worry, you will survive!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! So you’re going to be a mom or dad in nine months or so…a little daunting isn’t it? Don’t worry, BABYSTEPS101 is here to provide you and your partner with all of the information you will need for labour, birth and beyond because we have our very own M.o.M, mother of multiples as one of our instructors.

Our classes will be taught to you by a certified childbirth educator.  The course will consist of two 6 hour sessions on consecutive Saturdays or Sundays.  In addition to your prenatal classes, we highly recommend registering in our Canadian Red Cross Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR course. As new parents it is always better to be prepared. Save a life- expect the unexpected.
